New posts are located on Facebook. Blogs are sooo 2004. Heh.
I have posted some videos from the 2009-2010 New Year's party at Chris Hyde's cousin's house.
This is Corgan helping Taproot to make a song.
If you want to hear what Taproot did with it, here is a link to a video that includes it (that I can't embed).
Bonus: The Aeroplane Flies High
In case you don't want to browse to find this stuff out for yourself, you can obtain a copy of your ballot by going to the ballot selection page on the Louisiana Secretary of State's website and using the location information on your voter registration card to select the appropriate one. You can obtain a non-partisan description of the state constitutional amendments from the Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana. You can obtain a description of the local propositions from the Secretary of State website by selecting the election and then proposition ids listed on your ballot. Unfortunately, it doesn't show the statutes replaced by some of the propositions, which was quite revealing in my case. Also, the Secretary of State website has a page where you can watch the election returns.
This Smashing Pumpkins song is more along the lines of what I would expect to hear from Djali Zwan.
I enjoyed this video on logic gates with Dominos:
Also, I found it interesting that the Smashing Pumpkins' the Beginning is the End is the Beginning was used to promote the Watchmen in the previews before the Dark Knight, when the movie that originally inspired the song and its' companion, the End is the Beginning is the End, was Batman and Robin:
Bonus feature: U2's video from Batman Forever—Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me—because the End is the Beginning is the End sounds similar to it. I can only link you there instead of embedding because embedding of that video is disabled on YouTube's end.
