Last night was spent working on a fuel cell systems lab report. That took until about 2:30 AM. I woke up in time to meet Eric (a rec instructor) at the rec for the "Getting Stronger" class. We worked on chest. I don't remember the numbers and the sets, but I worked with ~155 lb and did three sets of ~8 for each exercise (incline, flat, and decline). He introducted me to two exercises

Sometimes, class flows very smoothly. In the early session of Energy Systems Laboratory today, I laid out a method for accounting hydrogen mass flow rate as a function of current and a basis for using the ratio of Gibbs free energy change to enthalpy change as efficiency.
